To provide a power transmission device and a non-contact power transmission system that can make power transmission efficiency greater than conventional ones when using parallel lines.SOLUTION: A power transmission device 2 for transmitting power in a non-contact manner to a power reception device 3 comprises: a high-frequency power supply device 21 for outputting a high-frequency power; a line 22a connected to the output terminal 21a of the high-frequency power supply device 21; a line 22b connected to the output terminal 21b of the high-frequency power supply device 21, being arranged parallel to the line 22a; and line 22c connected to the output terminal 21a, being arranged parallel to the line 22a; and a line 22d connected to the output terminal 21b, being arranged to the line 22b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
