Abstract:
To restrict occurrence of deformation or damage of a resin case constituting a pump chamber.SOLUTION: A pump device 1 has a pump chamber 9 formed between a housing 7 and a case 8. The case 8 is formed with several ribs 86 extending in a radial direction with a suction inlet 20 being applied as a center. In addition, the case 8 is formed with four gate marks 87 in equal spacing in a peripheral direction around a center of the suction inlet 20. An imaginary center line C passing through a middle part of adjoining gate marks 87 in a peripheral direction is coincided with an angular position of any one (rib 86a) of several ribs 86 and further coincided with an angular position of a fixation hole 88 for use in fixing the housing 7 and the case 8. Accordingly, since a location where a strength of the case 8 is weakened is reinforced with the rib 86a where the strength of the case is weakened to enable its strength to be assured, it is possible to restrict occurrence of deformation and damage caused by inner pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
