Abstract:
To overcome a concern that, when printing ink on top surfaces of projections of a resin material formed with recesses, which projections are continued to the recesses, the ink is printed on wall surfaces of the recesses.SOLUTION: A screen printing device includes a screen 62 formed with passage openings 64 through which ink 36 passes. On the other hand, a resin base material layer 20, which is a resin material, is formed with recesses 22a, 22b and projections 24a-24c that project relatively to the recesses 22a, 22b. When printing ink 36a on top surfaces of the projections 24a-24c, inner edges of the passage openings 64 overhang the recesses 22a, 22b. Namely, the inner edges of the passage openings 64 are offset to the recesses 22a, 22b side. Moreover, the maximum hanging height H of ink droops 66 formed at the inner edges of the passage openings 64 is set to be smaller than a depth D of parts of the recessed portions 22a, 22b corresponding to the positions of the ink droops 66.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
