Abstract:
To provide a data structure of feature information capable of suitably containing advance information relating to detection of an object.SOLUTION: Feature information contained in a geographical map and a distribution map contains each information of "feature ID", "belonging link ID", "type ID", "belonging object ID", "detection difficulty", "size", "absolute position" and "relative position". The "belonging link ID" is an item for specifying a link ID of a road adjacent to an object feature (that is, capable of detecting the object feature). The "belonging object ID" is an item for specifying an identification number of an object (including a facility such as a parking lot) adjacent to the object feature. The "detection difficulty" is an item for specifying difficulty when the object feature is detected by using an external sensor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
