Abstract:
To shorten a time required for removal treatment of scraps when performing taper tap processing by a punch press.SOLUTION: A tapered chamfer formation part 43 for forming a chamfer part C1 on a peripheral edge part on a front side of a prepared hole H of a work-piece W is formed on a tip side of a punch tip 29. A tapered taper formation part 45 for forming a taper part T having a taper angle according to a taper female screw part S on an inner peripheral surface of the prepared hole H of the work-piece W is continuously formed on a tip side of the chamfer formation part 43. A tapered second chamfer formation part 73 for forming a chamfer part C2 on a peripheral edge part on a reverse side of the prepared hole H of the work-piece W is formed on a tip side of a die tip 53.
