Abstract:
To provide a novel long-lasting therapeutic approach to treat angioedema associated with C1 esterase inhibitor deficiency.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a vector which comprises a promoter operably linked to a nucleic acid sequence encoding the human C1 esterase inhibitor or Factor XII.
