Abstract:
To provide a novel method for qualitatively or quantitatively detecting a plurality of target nucleic acid sequences in a more precise and simple way.SOLUTION: There is provided a method of detecting a target nucleic acid sequence using different detection temperatures and reference values. The present invention using different detection temperatures and reference values can detect a plurality of target nucleic acid sequences in a traditional real time approach by using a single category marker in one reaction vessel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1C
