Abstract:
To appropriately prevent color shift in any one of a plurality of selectable process linear velocities.SOLUTION: A color registration adjustment control unit 42 selects, as an adjustment mode, one of a first mode of executing color registration adjustment processing respectively for all of a plurality of process liner velocities to specify the amount of color shift correction, and a second mode of executing the color registration adjustment processing at a reference linear velocity of the plurality of process linear velocities to specify the amount of color shift correction, and executes the color registration adjustment processing in the selected adjustment mode. When the color registration adjustment processing is executed in the second mode, the amount of change in the amount of color shift correction specified in the color registration adjustment processing at the reference linear velocity is applied to the amount of color shift correction at the process linear velocities other than the reference linear velocity, and thereby the amount of color shift correction at the process linear velocities other than the reference linear velocity is specified.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
