Abstract:
To provide a cold smoking machine that has good durability, and can be miniaturized by a simple structure.SOLUTION: A cold smoking machine 10 has: a first enclosure part 12 capable of receiving a smoking material M; a second enclosure part 14 capable of receiving a cooking ingredient F; and a smoke guide part 16 for connecting the first enclosure part 12 with the second enclosure part 14, and capable of guiding smoke S from the first enclosure part 12 to the second enclosure part 14. The first enclosure part 12 has: a smoking material supporting part 18 for supporting the smoking material M; an air flow supply unit 20 for supplying an air flow B to the smoking material M; and a partition part 22 interposed between the smoking material supporting part 18 and the air flow supply unit 20, and passing the air flow B and preventing the smoke S generated from the smoking material M from entering the air flow supply unit 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
