Abstract:
To increase the use of card settlement transactions between companies.SOLUTION: A payment proxy device comprises: an application acquiring unit for acquiring a payment proxy application that applies for a payment proxy of a transaction between a seller and a buyer; a paying commission setting unit for setting a later paying discount fee for the seller, in response to a change in the postponement of a due payment date when payment is performed to the seller, in accordance with the number of dates made in this postponement; and a payment proxy processing unit that performs a payment proxy of a transaction amount transferred from the buyer to the seller in accordance with the payment proxy application acquired by the application acquiring unit and performs processing for transferring a payment amount, made by adding the later paying discount fee to the transaction amount, to the seller's account.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 26
