Abstract:
To increase the use of card settlement transactions between companies.SOLUTION: A payment proxy device comprises: an application acquiring unit for acquiring a payment proxy application that applies for a payment proxy of a transaction between a seller and a buyer; a risk generation unit for generating a risk value indicating a transactional risk in accordance with a transactional combination between a seller and a buyer who are both based on a company level set on the basis of a past transaction history, for each of the seller's company and the buyer's company; a commission setting unit for setting a proxy commission serving as a commission in a payment proxy, on the basis of the risk value generated by the risk generation unit; and a payment proxy processing unit that performs a payment proxy of a transaction amount transferred from the buyer to the seller in accordance with the payment proxy application acquired by the application acquiring unit and also performs collection, from the seller or the buyer, of the proxy commission set by the commission setting unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18
