Abstract:
To provide a gas barrier vapor-deposited film which is excellent in gas barrier property without employing a multilayer structure as in a conventional art, and a laminate, a packaging material and a package using the gas barrier vapor-deposited film.SOLUTION: A gas barrier vapor-deposited film contains a base material layer formed from a resin film and an inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film layer containing aluminum oxide as a main component, in which the inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film layer is formed on the base material layer, a substance represented by AlOH is distributed in the inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film layer, and maximum strength ratio AlOH/AlOin a time-of-flight secondary ion mass analysis method (TOF-SIMS) of the inorganic oxide vapor-deposited film layer is 0.18 or more and 0.70 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
