Abstract:
To provide a work management device for reducing a burden of a manager or the like of a group, and its control method and program.SOLUTION: In a work management system, a server device as a work management terminal executes: work classification processing for specifying a work object from a worker's video or an operation log; emotion estimation processing for estimating information showing emotion of the worker from the worker's video or the operation log; emotion setting processing for acquiring information showing a plurality of emotions of the worker working on the work object specified by the work classification processing from the emotion estimation processing to hold the information, and acquiring information showing a representative emotion being an emotion during the work from the information showing the plurality of held emotions; and report generation processing for generating a report for associating the information showing the representative emotion with the work object specified by specification means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
