Abstract:
To provide a difference detection device and a difference detection program capable of improving accuracy of detecting a difference between images.SOLUTION: A difference detection device comprises a difference detection unit which detects a difference between first and second images which represent almost the same space photographed at different times and third and fourth images which represent almost the same space photographed at different times, on the basis of association between the encoded information of the first image and that of the second image. The encoded information is information obtained before an inverse conversion process is performed in each decoding process performed on the first and second images from data including encoded first image and data including encoded second image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
