Abstract:
To provide a decorative molding method that is capable of transferring a picture pattern to a resin molded body with higher precision.SOLUTION: The decorative molding method pertaining to the present invention is a decorative molding method in which a film having a pattern and a film side alignment mark is conveyed in the film feeding direction and the pattern is placed between the first mold and the second mold, the first mold and the second mold are closed, and a molten resin is injected between the first mold and the second mold to mold a resin molded body and transfer the pattern to the resin molded body, and the first amount of misalignment between the film side alignment mark and the upstream reference mark is detected at a position on the upstream side of the film feed direction, the film is further conveyed in the film feed direction, the second amount of misalignment between the film side alignment mark and the downstream reference mark is detected at a position on the downstream side of the film feed direction, the film is moved based on the first amount of misalignment and the second amount of misalignment, and the film is aligned with the film side alignment mark and the downstream reference mark.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
