Abstract:
To provide a quality determination method that determines whether or not a resin molded product is good or bad for molding that enables more accurate quality control.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a quality determination method that determines whether or not a resin molded product 1 is good or bad for molding, wherein a plurality of pre-molded primary molded parts 10, 20 are united by filling secondary resin 4 into a secondary resin filling channel 7 provided at the junction parts 13, 23 of the primary molded parts in a mold 100 in a tightened state, and in an inspection target portion 30 provided at the downstream end of an injection gate 3 that injects the secondary resin into the secondary filling passage, the method is characterized in that at least one of the temperature of the secondary resin and the pressure applied to the secondary resin is measured by a measurement portion, and if the measured value does not meet a predetermined condition, the resin molded product is determined to be defective.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
