Abstract:
To appropriately secure consistency of data while suppressing a processing load to a processor of a controller.SOLUTION: A storage system 2 having a plurality of controllers 22 is constituted so that it has an HCA 250 which can directly access a memory, and communicate with a controller, the controller 22 has: a CPU 230; and a memory 240 having a buffer area 242 for temporarily storing data and a cache area 243 for caching the data, and the CPU 230 of the controller 22 sequentially transfers, when new data concerning a write request is stored in the buffer area 242, new data to a plurality of cache areas 243 without interposing other buffer areas 242 by using the HCA 250.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
