Abstract:
To improve wear resistance of a diaphragm 8 and to prevent sticking of a convolution portion 83 to a stopper member 9 in a diaphragm device which includes the diaphragm 8 for partitioning two gas chambers 11, 12 different in pressures, and in which the diaphragm 8 has the convolution portion 83 curved into a U-shape having a convex cross-section at a side of the gas chamber 12 of low pressure, and the stopper member 9 for stopping displacement over a prescribed amount, of the convolution portion 83 to a side of the gas chamber 12 of low pressure.SOLUTION: A plurality of contact parts 93 partially kept into contact with the convolution portion 83 are disposed on the stopper member 9 in a dispersed manner in a state that the convolution portion 83 is displaced to a side of the gas chamber 12 of low pressure by a prescribed amount. A part between the contact portions 93 is formed on a non-contact portion 94 with which the convolution portion 83 is not kept into contact even in a state the convolution portion 83 is displaced to the side of the gas chamber 12 of low pressure by the prescribed amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
