Abstract:
To provide a method and a tool for attaching and detaching various types of wear members used together with earth moving equipment.SOLUTION: A tool 25 includes an auxiliary tool 41 which allows an operator to attach and detach a wear member 15 at a safety distance so that the operator is physically separated against a potential risk in an attachment and detachment step and a manipulator 29, and a controller 31 which instructs movement of the auxiliary tool 41 and the manipulator 29. The tool 25 may be operated manually by the operator, or semi-automated or automated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
