Abstract:
To provide a rescue vehicle capable of transferring a catalyst of a hybrid vehicle from an inactive state to an active state without discharging an emission component exceeding a control value into the atmosphere in an emission control area.SOLUTION: A rescue vehicle 200 is adapted to: be able to travel in a predetermined emission control area in compliance with an emission regulation therein; and receive a request for rescuing a hybrid vehicle in the emission control area. The rescue vehicle 200 comprises: an exhaust purification device (first exhaust purification device 292 and second exhaust purification device 293) which reduces a concentration of a predetermined component in exhaust of the hybrid vehicle; and an exhaust storage section (exhaust tank 294) which has gas tightness capable of storing the exhaust of the hybrid vehicle. The rescue vehicle 200 also has an exhaust inlet 291 which is connected to the hybrid vehicle so as to transfer the exhaust thereof to the exhaust purification device and the exhaust storage section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
