Abstract:
To provide a resin member capable of suppressing formation of welding sink marks due to a protrusion part for an oscillation welding when used in an oscillation welding method and also capable of enhancing weld strength of the resin member, and an oscillation welding method using the same.SOLUTION: The invention provides a resin member including a first resin member 1 assembled with a plurality of protrusion parts 2 for oscillation welding formed on a surface, and a second resin member to be welded to the first resin member 1 via the protrusion part 2 for oscillation welding, wherein the resin member is characterized by that the protrusion part 2 for oscillation welding has a semi-almond shape which is a bisection of an almond along its long axial direction, its vertical cross section observed from the top at the protrusion part 2 for oscillation welding has an elliptical shape and the vertical cross section observed from the side has an arc shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
