Abstract:
To provide an antenna substrate with high antenna characteristics and intensity.SOLUTION: An antenna substrate comprises: a first dielectric substrate 10 that has a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 on the opposite side, and has a radiation conductor 13 on at least one of the first surface 11 and the second surface 12; a second dielectric substrate 20 that has a third surface 21 and a fourth surface 22 on the opposite side, has a ground conductor 23 overlapping the radiation conductor 13 in plane perspective on the third surface 21, and has a feeding conductor 24 on the fourth surface 22 or inside the substrate; and a third dielectric substrate 30 that is located between the first dielectric substrate 10 and the second dielectric substrate 20, has a fifth surface 31 and a sixth surface 32 on the opposite side, and has a through hole 33 penetrating from the fifth surface 31 to the sixth surface 32 and overlapping the radiation conductor 13 and the ground conductor 23 in plane perspective. At least one of the third dielectric substrate 30 and first dielectric substrate 10, and the third dielectric substrate 30 and second dielectric substrate 20 are joined with a joint material 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
