Abstract:
To provide a wrapped V-belt which can prevent a turnover even if the belt has a multi-axis layout which repeats a continuous bend accompanied by even a reverse bend, and the belt is used in the case that a high horsepower equal to 8-PS or higher per piece is required.SOLUTION: In a wrapped V-belt 1 including a core body layer 4 including a core body 3, an elongation rubber layer 2 laminated on an external peripheral side of the core body layer, a compression rubber layer laminated on a belt internal peripheral side of the core body layer, and an outer coating cloth 6 for coating an entire face of a belt external peripheral surface, the compression rubber layer is constituted of a first compression rubber layer 5a laminated on a belt external peripheral side, and a second compression rubber layer 5b laminated on the belt internal peripheral side, and the rubber hardness of each layer is adjusted so as to be high in an order of the second compression rubber layer, the elongation rubber layer and the first compression rubber layer. An average thickness of the first compression rubber layer may be 90 to 50% with respect to an average thickness of the compression rubber layer as a whole. The rubber hardness Hs(JIS A) of each layer may be within a range of the elongation rubber layer: 85 to 90°, the first compression rubber layer: 90 to 95°, and the second compression rubber layer: 72 to 80%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
