Abstract:
To prevent a video that is not eligible for authentication from being registered when a video is registered for document authentication while the document is rotated from the front side to the back side.SOLUTION: An acquisition unit 110 acquires a video obtained by capturing a rotating document. The video includes a first main surface (eg, front surface), a side surface, and a second main surface (eg, back surface) of the document. With this video, information described in the first main surface and information described in the second main surface of a single document can be acquired with confirmation that the pieces of information are from the same document. A generation unit 120 generates information related to the rotation speed of the document (hereinafter referred to as speed information) by processing the video acquired by the acquisition unit 110.
