Abstract:
To provide a caulking tool for a hair clip, by which a pin shaft body composing the hair clip can be securely caulked without variation regardless of the skill level of a worker assembling a hair clip.SOLUTION: A caulking tool of the present invention is a tool 2 for assembling a hair clip 1 comprising: a pair of clip portions 5 for clipping hair; a pin shaft body 7 supporting the pair of clip portions 5 such that the clip portions are freely opened/closed; and a bifurcated gripping portion 6 that opens the clip portions 5 against compressed force of a coil spring 8 provided on the pin shaft body 7. The tool has: a fixed-side lever 10 located on a lower side; a movable-side lever 11 located on an upper side; and pin sandwiching portions 12 provided at respective leading ends of the fixed-side lever 10 and the movable-side lever 11 and configured not to be compressed to or shorter than a predetermined interval. By crushing both ends of the pin shaft portion 7 of the hair clip 1 by means of the pin sandwiching portions 12, the clip portions 5 are caulked by the pin shaft body 7 to assemble the hair clip 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
