To enable confirmation of a remaining inventory number of a spare item and an arrangement time limit of a consumable supply and a purchase arrangement of them to be reliably performed with a reduced load on a manager.SOLUTION: A management system of a spare item and a consumable supply comprises: a record production unit 2 which makes a replacement record, a replacement plan, and an arrangement record of the spare item and the consumable supply into data and stores them in a database 9 on the basis of information manually input by a manager 7 via an input device 8; an inventory remaining number and arrangement time limit calculation unit 3 which calculates a remaining inventory number of the spare item and the number of days to an arrangement time limit of the consumable supply on the basis of data derived from the record production unit; an alarm activation determination unit 4 which determines whether or not the remaining inventory number of the spare item and the number of days to the arrangement time limit of the consumable supply calculated in the inventory remaining number and arrangement time limit calculation unit are below respective defined numbers and activates an alarm if they are each below the respective defined numbers; and an e-mail transmission unit 5 which transmits an e-mail to advise an arrangement of the spare item and the consumable supply to a maintenance agency 10 and the manager 7 on the basis of the alarm activated in the alarm activation determination unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
