Abstract:
To develop a new rotary rod conveyor which can configure a whole transportation line by unit conveyors having a short transportation size in sequence, has less exclusive space and can reduce running cost for maintenance as well, and a container processing device having the rotary rod conveyor.SOLUTION: In the rotary rod conveyor 1 according to the invention a plurality of rod bodies 2 in a circular cross section are rotatably supported in juxtaposing state relative to a frame, with a top surface of these rod bodies 2 as a transportation surface 2C of the conveyor, each rod body 2 is rotatably driven in the same direction respectively for transferring an object to be transported B on the transportation surface 2C in a juxtaposing direction of the rod body 2 as a transportation direction and the transportation surface 2C is configured as an apparent smooth surface so that a bottom surface of the object to be transported contacts the rod body 2 in at least two points and the object to be transported B in transportation does not fall.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
