Abstract:
To provide a thermoelectric conversion device capable of improving the amount of power generation.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion device includes a thermoelectric conversion element 3 provided within a specific plane, a hot contact side electrode provided on one end side of the thermoelectric conversion element 3 in one direction X within the specific plane and a cold contact side electrode provided on the other end side of the thermoelectric conversion element 3 in the one direction X within the specific plane, and a heat transfer unit 13 joined to any one electrode 10 of the hot contact side electrode and the cold contact side electrode. The one electrode 10 includes a first joint surface 10a to be joined to a surface of the heat transfer unit 13 which faces the thermoelectric conversion element 3, and a second joint surface 10b to be joined to a surface of the thermoelectric conversion element 3 which faces the heat transfer unit 13, and the width W2 in the one direction X of the second joint surface 10b is smaller than the width W1 in the one direction X of the first joint surface 10a (W1>W2).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
