To provide a curable composition that gives a photochromic resin having a low polymerization shrinkage rate and excellent dimensional stability, having excellent adhesion to a base material, and allowing a hard coat layer to effectively express excoriation resistance, the curable composition also excelling in coat layer productivity as well as storage stability and pot life.SOLUTION: A curable composition contains a cationic polymerizable compound (A), a cationic polymerization initiator (B), and a light control dye (C).SELECTED DRAWING: None
