Abstract:
To provide an automatic sponge cutting machine for industrial processing.SOLUTION: An operation space 52 is provided on a left side of a body 1, a first motor 2 is fixedly installed in a left side wall of the operation space 52, a sponge is wound on a transport cylinder 7, one end of the sponge is placed in a localization rail 8, the first motor 2 is started, the first motor 2 rotates a second shaft 51, a second helical gear 55 rotates a first rotary shaft 6, and the transport cylinder 7 rotates to move the sponge rightward. A second elevation cylinder 12 moves downward to move a first cutting tool 10 downward, and when a first elevation cylinder 18 vertically moves once, the second elevation cylinder 12 vertically moves twice, and thereby the first cutting tool 10 cuts the sponge more thoroughly, and avoids situations that the sponge is not completely cut. Since a second cutting tool cuts the sponge once and the sponge cut by the second cutting tool is compressed by an elevation block 19, the sponge is completely cut when the second cutting tool cuts the sponge once.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
