Abstract:
To provide an assist device that is lightweight and is excellent in mounting feeling and can generate assist force corresponding to a body type of a user.SOLUTION: An assist device 10 comprises: a first mounting fixture 11 that is mounted on shoulders of a user; second mounting fixtures 12 that are mounted on the left and right legs respectively; a belt body 13 arranged along a back side of the user across the first mounting fixture 11 and the second mounting fixtures 12; an actuator 14 that can wind up and feed out a portion of the belt body 13; and a control part 15 that executes control of operation of the actuator 14. The control part 15 executes winding up of the belt body 13 by first winding-up force when operation of the actuator 14 is started with the first mounting fixture 11 and the second mounting fixtures 12 mounted on the user, and then, changes the winding-up force by the actuator 14 to second winding-up force smaller than the first winding-up force when the winding up of the belt body 13 is completed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
