Abstract:
To solve the problem that in an environment such as a print on-demand center, an on-demand printing machine with a rotary beacon light is known, the rotary beacon light can light up different colors in each segment and therefore can notify an operator of an abnormality occurring in the on-demand printing machine by lighting up in red to notify an error and by lighting up in yellow to notify a warning, however the conventional on-demand printing machine cannot notify the operator of concrete contents of an error occurring, so that unnecessary down-time occurs.SOLUTION: An image forming device according to the present invention can notify an operator of not only occurrence of an abnormality in the image forming device but also concrete contents of the abnormality occurring, which enables the operator to promptly recognize the contents of the abnormality occurring in the image forming device, so that efficiency in printing operation can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
