Abstract:
To improve usability of an inkjet recording device by reducing a workload on a user in cleaning the inside of a nozzle.SOLUTION: An inkjet recording device controls a supply pump so as to supply ink to a clogging part 12b of a nozzle 12, stops the supply pump before the ink leaking from a discharge port 12a of the nozzle 12 and becoming droplet-like due to the surface tension thereof is isolated from the nozzle, and then controls a suction pump so as to suck the droplet-like ink through a suction route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 21B
