Abstract:
To provide a vehicular interior article which can suppress the reduction in the appearance quality even when being provided with a decorative sewing part, and can be inexpensively and easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A vehicular interior article (1) according to the present invention comprises: synthetic resin-made base material parts (10, 10a); and a skin part (20) which covers at least a portion of the base material parts (10, 10a). The vehicular interior article is provided with a decorative sewing part (5) which is formed from a sewing thread (6) and decorates the surface of the skin part (20). The skin part (20) comprises: a skin body part (23) which covers the base material parts (10, 10a); and a decoration object part (24) in which the decorative sewing part (5) is formed and which includes a through hole part (9) through which the sewing thread (6) passes. The thickness of the decoration object part (24) is set to be smaller than the thickness of the skin body part (23).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
