Abstract:
To suppress appearance deterioration due to a weld line and a gate mark.SOLUTION: An emblem 13 as vehicle exterior equipment comprises: an outer backing material 15 which is formed from a transparent resin material; an inner backing material 35 which is formed from a resin material on a rear side (in-vehicle side) of the outer backing material 15; and a decorative layer 41 which is formed between the outer backing material 15 and the inner backing material 35 and has an irregularity in a cross direction (inner and outer direction) of a vehicle 10. On a rear face 19 (inner face) of the outer backing material 15, a first gate mark G1, which is formed when molding the resin of the outer backing material 15, is positioned. Further, a hiding layer 30, which hides the first gate mark G1, is formed at a location adjacent to the rear side (in-vehicle side) with respect to the first gate mark G1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
