Abstract:
To provide a microchannel heat exchanger capable of allowing a refrigerant to be distributed evenly in a plurality of refrigerant pipes more easily, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A microchannel heat exchanger is constituted by: a first header for constituting a flow passage on the upstream side; a second header in which a refrigerant from the first header is introduced; a plurality of refrigerant pipes for connecting between the first header and the second header; and a heat transfer fin joined with the plurality of refrigerant pipes. In the microchannel heat exchanger, at least one header out of the first header and the second header includes an orifice which increases the flow rate of the refrigerant flowing inside, further on the upstream side than the plurality of refrigerant pipes on the downstream side connected to the header.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
