Abstract:
To provide a method for producing a dispersion body having satisfactory dispersibility and a method for producing a ceramic fired body using the dispersion body.SOLUTION: A method for producing a dispersion body is attained by mixing plural kinds of solid grains, water and a liquid other than water. Alternatively, a method for producing a fired body is attained by molding the dispersion body and firing the same. In the production of the dispersion body, solid grains and a liquid are selectively used in such a manner that Hansen balls S11, S13 of at least two kinds of solid grains and a Hansen ball S21 of at least one kind of liquid are mutually superimposed. Further, the solid grains are selectively used in such a manner that a Hansen solubility parameter distance Ra between the solid grains to be used and water is made the maximum in all the solid grains to be used in the production of the dispersion body, or at least two kinds of solid grains are selectively used in a solid grain candidate group in which the Hansen solubility parameter distance Ra with water is 28 MPa 1/2 or higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
