Abstract:
To miniaturize a fluid pressure drive unit.SOLUTION: A fluid pressure drive unit 100 includes: a hydraulic cylinder 10 driven by a fluid pressure of a hydraulic oil in a rod side chamber 16 and a bottom side chamber 15; a pump 20 for discharging the hydraulic oil selectively from a rod side port 20B and a bottom side port 20A; a bottom side passage 1 and a rod side passage 2 for connecting the bottom side chamber 15 and the rod side chamber 16 of the hydraulic cylinder 10 with the bottom side port 20A and the rod side port 20B of the pump 20; and a valve unit 30 having a switching valve 60 for controlling the communication between the bottom side passage 1 and the rod side passage 2 with a tank T. The flow passage resistance generated by the switching valve 60 is equal to or lower than the flow passage resistance of a first cylinder side passage 1C and a second cylinder side passage 2C for connecting the rod side chamber 16 and the bottom side chamber 15 with the valve unit 30, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
