Abstract:
To easily suppress hunting of a fluid pressure drive unit.SOLUTION: A fluid pressure drive unit 100 includes: a hydraulic cylinder 10; a pump 20; a bottom side passage 1 for connecting a bottom side chamber 15 of the hydraulic cylinder 10 with a bottom side port 20A of the pump 20; a rod side passage 2 for connecting a rod side chamber 16 with a rod side port 20B of the pump 20; a bottom side check valve 30 provided in the bottom side passage 1, and for opening the valve by a hydraulic oil discharged from the rod side port 20B of the pump 20 being guided as a pilot pressure; and a rod side slow return valve 70 provided in the rod side passage 2. In a flow passage between the bottom side check valve 30 and the bottom side chamber 15 of the hydraulic cylinder 10, a first check valve 50A is provided which has an inner flow passage for imparting flow passage resistance larger than that in an upstream side flow passage UP which is a flow passage between the bottom side check valve 30 and the bottom side port 20A of the pump 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
