Abstract:
To provide a protection relay which has a highly reliable bus arrangement at a low cost.SOLUTION: In the protection relay, each of a plurality of input-output parts 30(1) to 30(N) performs at least one of transmission of an output signal to the outside or reception of an input signal from the outside. An arithmetic processing section 20 communicates with a plurality of input-output parts 30 via a first bus 11 and a second bus 12. When the arithmetic processing section 20 cannot communicate via the first bus 11 with a first input-output part which is any one of the input-output parts 30, the arithmetic processing section 20 transmits an initialization request for initializing a communication circuit of the first input-output part to the first input-output part via the second bus 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
