Abstract:
To provide a humidity control device which can secure moisture absorption performance by suppressing disorder in a liquid column and suppressing deterioration in atomization efficiency, while securing a flow of a liquid moisture absorption material in a storage tank.SOLUTION: The humidity control device includes: a moisture absorption part for allowing a liquid moisture absorption material to absorb at least part of the moisture contained in the air; an atomization regeneration part for atomizing and regenerating the liquid moisture absorption material; and a liquid moisture absorption material transport flow passage for transporting the liquid moisture absorption material in which at least part of the moisture is absorbed from the moisture absorption part to the atomization regeneration part. The atomization regeneration part includes: a storage tank having a liquid supply port to which the liquid moisture absorption material transport flow passage is connected, and for storing the liquid moisture absorption material; an ultrasonic wave generation part provided in the storage tank for oscillating the ultrasonic waves for generating mist droplets; and a flow speed attenuation member for allowing the propagation of the ultrasonic waves in an ultrasonic wave propagation region inside the storage tank, and for attenuating the flow speed of the liquid moisture absorption material flowing inside the storage tank from the liquid supply port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
