Abstract:
To provide a polyurethane for elastic fiber that has excellent flexibility or elastic recovery property and chemical resistance such as chlorine resistance, and to provide a polyurethane elastic fiber using the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a polyurethane for elastic fiber that is obtained by reacting an isocyanate compound (I) containing two or more isocyanate groups in one molecule, a chain extender (II) containing a compound (IIA) selected from the group consisting of polyols and polyamines, and a copolymerized polycarbonate diol (III) having a repeating structural unit represented by the following formula (A) and a repeating structural unit represented by the following formula (B). (The formula (A) is derived from the transesterification reaction product of a hydrocarbon-based diol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms and a carbonic acid ester. n is an integer from 3 to 50. The formula (B) is a structural unit derived from the transesterification reaction product of a hydrocarbon-based diol having 8 to 20 carbon atoms and a carbonic acid ester. m is an integer from 1 to 50.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
