Abstract:
To provide a synthetic method of a resin material, which can, when synthesizing a resin material in a flow channel using a microreactor system, synthesize a resin material without causing a decrease in flow rate in the flow channel.SOLUTION: A synthetic method of a resin material includes synthesizing a resin material by using a microreactor system 100 which comprises a first flow channel 1 through which a raw material liquid flows, a second flow channel 2 through which a protective liquid flows, a microreactor 4 where the raw material liquid and the protective liquid meet, and a third flow channel 3 through which a slug flow flows. And, in this microreactor system 100, a contact angle of the protective liquid to an inner wall of the third flow channel 3 and a contact angle of the raw material liquid to the inner wall of the third flow channel 3 are respectively set to 40° or less and to more than 40° and 100° or less and, when a flow rate of the raw material liquid in the slug flow and a flow rate of the protective liquid are respectively denoted by A[mL/min] and B[mL/min], a ratio of the flow rates B/A is set to 1 to 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
