Abstract:
To stably manufacture a packaging bag with incorrect aligned edges being reduced, by appropriately changing the conveying path of a belt-like plastic film that is unwound from the original film roll, and accurately folding the belt-like plastic film back into two at the center position in the width direction.SOLUTION: In continuously manufacturing multiple packaging bags using vertical filling packaging equipment which includes an unwinding roll of a belt-like plastic film, a top roll that changes the direction of the belt-like plastic film into a conveying posture, a bag-making guide that folds the belt-like plastic film back into two, a vertical sealing roll pair forming a vertical sealing part, a horizontal sealing roll pair forming a horizontal sealing part, and a filling nozzle for filling to-be-packaged objects into the inner space of a sectioned part of the belt-like plastic film by one set of horizontal sealing part and vertical sealing part, the conveying path of the belt-like plastic film is changed by controlling at least either the adjustment control of the axis center angle of the top roll or the adjustment control of the installation position of the bag making guide.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
