Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain good magnetic properties by setting the mean particle diameter D50 by weight of soft magnetic alloy powder manufactured by a water atomizing method to be 5-30mum. CONSTITUTION:The mean particle diameter D50 by weight of soft magnetic alloy powder manufactured by a water atomizing method is set to be 5-30mum. Additionally, bulk density is set to be 2g/cm<3> or more and to contain iron, silicon, and B. For manufacturing the soft magnetic alloy powder, high pressure water is injected into alloy melt, and solidified and powdered and cooled in water. Hereby, good magnetic property amosphous alloy soft magnetic powder can be yielded.
