Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the availability of a conversion reserving function at the time of a store mode by constituting the title exchange so that in case when a conversation is reserved at the time of a store mode processing, character information for showing a fact that the conversation is reserved is sent out to a destination of the conversation reservation concerned. CONSTITUTION:When a conversation reserving instruction is received in the course of communication with a store and forward exchange 2, a facsimile terminal FO2 sends out a PRI-Q signal (procedure interrupting signal) at the time point when transmission of picture information which is being transmitted at present is ended. A system control part 2 of the store and forward exchange 2 registers a fact that the conversation is reserved. When a PRI-EOP signal for showing the conversation reservation is brought to communication after the picture information of an end page is transmitted, the store and forward exchange 2 reads out the picture information sent from the facsimile terminal FO2 from a memory 25 and transmits it to a facsimile terminal FI2. Also, in this case, character information for showing a fact that the conversation is reserved from the facsimile terminal FO2 is recorded in the upper part of an output document or recording in a management report (communicaiton result report).
