Abstract:
A packing device for sanitary products, which comprises: an adhesive spreading portion, which comprises spreading an adhesive in a longitudinal direction at equal intervals on a packing film which is continuously drawn from a film roll; a loading portion, which loads sanitary products on the adhesive of the packing film; a folding portion, which inwardly folds the sanitary goods in a packing film with the packing film as one unit by two folds along the longer direction of the packing film; a heat-sealing portion, which seals by heat the intervals portion of adjacent sanitary products in the packing film along the width direction of the packing film; and a severing portion, which severs the intervals portion in the packing film along the width direction of the packing film; in which the packing device is characterized in that the heat-sealing portion comprises: a temporary adhesive portion, which is used to temporarily adhere the intervals portion in the packing film and comprises a pair of rotatable heat-sealing rolls, in which the heat-sealing rolls comprise heating portions axially extended along the roll and equally spaced on the periphery of the roll in the circumferential direction; a film melting portion, which melts the intervals portion in the packing film by heat, and comprises a hot plate used to generate heat and a cellular belt moving between the hot plate and the packing film temporarily adhering the intervals portion; and a cooling adhesion portion, which is used to cool the molten intervals portion in the packing film in order to solidify it, and comprises a pair of rotatable embossed rolls for cooling and sealing, in which the embossed rolls for cooling and sealing comprise cooling portions axially extended along the roll and equally spaced on the periphery of the roll in the circumferential direction.
