Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent an influx phenomenon due to the change in an angle of repose even if the angle of repose is changed with the change in properties of a granular body. CONSTITUTION:This device is a device for delivering a granular body in which gas blowing in nozzles 7a, 7b for transferring the granular body are arranged in a bend part of a L-shaped valve pipe 3 consisting of a vertical pipe part 4 for receiving the granular body and a horizontal pipe part 5 for transferring the granular body continuously connected the lower part of and formed integrated to the vertical pipe part 4, a discharge pipe 6 is provided downwards on the end part in the granular body transfer direction of the horizontal pipe part 5, a cylinder 20 having such a size that its outer surface approaches the inner surface of the discharge pipe 6 is inserted into the discharge pipe 6, and an air cylinder for vertically moving the cylinder 20 is provided on the cylinder 20. Even if an influx phenomenon due to the change in properties of the granular body occurs, since the cylinder plays the role of a weir, the influx is blocked by raising the cylinder. And by the vertical movement of the cylinder, the flow rate of the granular body is controlled with precision.
