Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an inner pressure of a pump to lower in a prescribed time after pump stop by connecting a pump chamber formed at the tip of a piston interlocked with an electromagnetic plunger, to a part upstream of a suction valve through a leak passage taking a roundabout way of the suction valve. SOLUTION: A piston 21 is reciprocated in a cylinder 24 by the reciprocation of an electromagnetic plunger 15 with excited electromagnetic coil 2. Fluid is thereby discharged in an electromagnetic plunger operating chamber 19 through opening of an exhaust valve 29 after sucked from a suction valve 30 through opening of a suction valve 28. At the non-excitation stage of the electromagnetic coil 2, a discharge port 62 is closed by a solenoid valve 60 seated on a valve seat and a high pressure fluid is shutted in the electromagnetic plunger opepating chamber 19. The high pressure fluid is sent to a pump chamber 27 through a passage between the piston and a cylinder 24 and is caused to flow upstream of the suction valve 28 through a leak passage so as to prevent dust from adhering by letting inner pressure flow to a suction side.
