Abstract:
PURPOSE:To lead out an electrode without defects in external appearance without complicated steps by electrically connecting a lead part for electrically outputting through an opening of insulating resin formed with a photoelectric converter. CONSTITUTION:Insulating resin 2 formed with a photoelectric converter is isolated from a board 1. Since the resin is not formed on a part formed with a film formation preventive film 8 on a surface of the board through the isolating step, an opening 16 is formed at a part corresponding to an electrode lead end of the converter of the resin. A conductive member 6 made of Sn alloy (solder, etc.) is embedded in the opening 16 of the resin, and a lead part 7 is connected to the converter through the opening 16. Thus, deterioration in external appearance of a photovoltaic device as seen from a light incidence side is eliminated.
